The MHAL Championships held at the Hudson Valley Sports Dome on October 31^st showcased an exciting day of cross country racing, bringing together some of the best talent in the league.

Boys’ Race Highlights: The boys’ race featured a strong field of runners, with Auggie Lamm leading Rhinebeck and finishing impressively with a time of 19:00. Following closely were teammates Gabe Renaldo and Alex Aierstok, who crossed the finish line in 19:59 and 20:00. Landon Williams also delivered a solid performance with a time of 20:28. Other finishes included Trays Kasha-Herman (22:39), Riley Kappeller (23:35), Jack Hewitt (25:10), and Peter Hewitt (25:21). The teamwork and support among these athletes were evident, contributing to a strong overall performance.

Girls’ Race Highlights: In the girls’ race, Melkitu Dentico led Rhinebeck with an admirable time of 26:06. Jillian Hanna followed with a time of 29:22, completing a commendable performance for her team.
